Either:

Click

Press Ctrl + P

Select Reports > Print

The Print Report window appears.

Select Consultation Slip A5 from the list of reports and click Next  The Print Consultation Slip A5 Report window appears.

Enter a date range.

Indicate a from and to time if desired.

Indicate which practitioners you wish to print data for.

Indicate the appointment types you wish to print data for.

Click Next when you are ready to proceed.
