The Transmission log will be used to display transmission information associated with each claim. Details of each transmission to Medicare are shown in the lower section of the window. Additional information recorded when errors occur is shown in a memo. The additional text can be copied to the clipboard or saved to a text file.

Notes on Reports
The processing report will be available for collection within three (3) days of Medicare receiving the submitted claim, and for 6 months after initial availability.
The processing report can only be successfully retrieved once by Bluechip.
Successful receipt of the processing report will allow rejected items to be processed for the claim.
The payment report will be available for collection within six (6) days of Medicare receiving the submitted claim, and for 6 months after initial availability.
The payment report can only be retrieved after the processing report has been received.
The payment report can only be successfully retrieved once by Bluechip.
Successful receipt of the payment report will allow receipting to be completed for the claim.
