Blood Glucose

Tools > Tool Box >Blood Glucose (via the Clinical Window)

 

The Blood Glucose tab of the Tool Box allows you to record the patient's blood glucose. From within the Clinical Window, select Tools > Tool Box > Blood Glucose. The Blood Glucose tab appears.


Device-mode, which allows you to take readings via a blood glucose monitor.

Manual-mode, which allows you to enter readings manually.

Display the patient's record as a list of data.

Display the patient's record as a graph.

Clears any data you enter into the Current Measurements section of the window.

Click to take a recording via a blood glucose monitor. This button is only available once the Device button has been clicked.

Print

Prints the patient's blood glucose data.  If you have filtered the data, this will be reflected in the printout.

Save data to the patient's record.

 

Entries can be deleted by selecting them and then pressing the Delete key on your keyboard.
