Conducting a Physical Activity Assessment

Select Assessment > Physical Activity or click the button on the toolbar. The Physical Activity window appears.

Click Assessment. The Physical Activity (Assessment) window is displayed.

The assessment window is used to determine the patient's physical activity assessment based on the questions lists. A score is determined based on the patient responses and is graded accordingly.

Click Save to save the assessment.
