A full history of patient claims sent to Medicare Australia is available. Claims can be selected based on the servicing provider, within a date range and for individual patients. Results can be printed. Reprinting of individual claim forms, either Lodgement Advice or Statement of Claim and Benefit Payment, is also available.

Select Processing > Online Patient Claiming > Patient Claims History to display all patient claims.

The list of claims can be filtered using the selection criteria at the top of this window.

Select Print to print out all claims displayed on the window.

Select to reprint the Lodgement Advice or Statement of claim and Benefit form for that claim.
