Patient Setup - SMS Messaging
All patient records are default-configured to opt-out of receiving SMS messages, unless you specify otherwise, as explained following.
Select the Address/Phone tab, and then the Address sub-tab, as shown below.
Tick the Send SMS check box, as indicated in the following image, if this patient wishes to receive SMS messages.
If
the Mobile Phone field is left blank,
you will be unable to send SMS Reminder messages to the patient,
regardless.
