Correspondence and Document Management

In relation to Bluechip;

Correspondence refers to:

Letters written by a Practitioner on behalf of a patient, where the letter is stored within the patient's record, and made available via the Correspondence menu, and

SMS messages sent to mobile phones from within Bluechip.

 

Documents refer to scanned or otherwise imported files (that may or may not include 'letters'), that were originally in hard-copy form.
