To view a report, simply select it from the Reports Menu Tree. The report will appear in the Data Section. The resulting Report data can be sorted in ascending or descending order per field by clicking on the corresponding field column heading.
For example, to view Diabetes Data in the order in which it was diagnosed follow these steps:
Locate and click the Diabetes Data (APCC) report from within the Reports Menu Tree, as indicated in the following image.
The report appears in the Reports Data Window.
Note that this particular report contains three different sections of data.
Within the report itself, locate and click the Diagnosis Date column header.
The data within that section of the report is sorted in ascending order of Diagnosis Date.
A small arrow appears in the column heading to indicate the sort order of the data (ascending or descending) and to indicate that this is the column acting as the basis of the sort order for that particular section.
Only one column per section can be sorted on at any one time.
If a row in a report has blue text and is underlined it means that this row is hyperlinked to a more specific report. Click the mouse button on a hyperlinked row to load and display these reports.
