You can copy an appointment, and paste the appointment into a different appointment slot, and/or between appointment books. Note that you can copy/paste single appointments only - it is not possible to copy multiple appointments simultaneously.

Open the Appointment module by either;

Clicking

Selecting Waiting Room > Appointment Book.

If you have multiple Appointment Books in use, select the Appointment Book you wish to use via the associated drop-down list.

Locate and select the appointment you wish to copy.

Press Alt + to copy the appointment.

Locate and select the new appointment slot in which you wish to copy the appointment to.

Press Shift + to paste the appointment into the new slot.
