'Not Seen' Report

Reports > Not Seen Report

When patients are removed from the Waiting Room, you are given the opportunity to flag them as 'not seen'. Flagging patients this way adds them to the Not Seen report.

To view the report, select Reports > Not Seen Report. The Not Seen Report criteria window appears.

 

Set the criteria for the report;

Indicate a time-frame for the report.

Indicate whether you wish to show all patients not seen, or to show a specific patient.

Indicate whether you wish to show patients for all practitioners, or to show only patients of a specific practitioner.

 

Click Print to generate the report.
