Processing Held Accounts
Accounts > Held Accounts
To Process Held Accounts:
From within the Waiting Room, select Accounts > Held Accounts. The Held Accounts window appears.
By default, all held accounts are displayed. However, you can filter the list to show specific types of invoices via the Show Invoice To drop-down list.
Locate the Held Account you wish to process.
Then either;
Click Print to display a print preview of the held account. From the Print Preview window you can either save the account (which removes it from the Held list, ready for receipting), or save and print the account (which removes it from the Held list, ready for receipting, and prints a copy for the patient).
Click to open the patient record to which this held account applies.
